How Ash Found Better Energy and Blood Sugar With Low-Carb

Ash, on the left, was advised by her doctor to eat ludicrous amounts of carbs when she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2016. At times she was eating 150 carbs PER MEAL, and could barely even stomach it all! She had low energy, and was suffering from dangerous highs and lows.
